Join us for a virtual meeting with Mark Sylvester.
In the past year, the SEC brought several cases alleging cybersecurity failures, including misleading disclosures regarding cyber risks and intrusions, and inadequate cyber security controls among other violations. Join our discussion to learn more about what these cases teach about preparing for and responding to cyber security incidents. Additionally, we will talk about a potential shift in landscape in the new administration, and what to expect in the cyber security space going forward.
